Another personal favourite of mine, The Return of the Living Dead is yet another film inspired by the classic “Night of the Living Dead”. While there was technically nothing wrong with the VHS releases that we saw from Thorn and HBO in the late 80’s, the transfer was a bit dark and I had an opportunity to make this one just a bit better and more affordable for those looking to add it to their collection. The video was sourced from a MGM Full Screen DVD, which did not have the correct music however, I took it upon myself to take the audio track from a PAL Blu Ray and sync it to the NTSC Video. Being very pleased with results, I decided to replace my official copy with this version and now offer it here with a slip and label inspired by the first official release from Thorn EMI/HBO Video.
