Released in 2005, Land of the Dead is the fourth instalment in the late George A. Romero’s Dead Franchise. While it did receive a VHS release, it was limited in production and only the theatrical cut was used for the VHS. The Unrated Director’s cut was used for this transfer, which features “more blood, longer shots of zombies doing zombie stuff or gun violence – some of which needed to be censored in order to get the R-Rating for the theatrical release.” Now you can finally enjoy Land of the Dead as Romero intended on VHS!
